  • We are happy to work with each customer until they have reached full satisfaction, however, we do not accept returns or exchanges as our business is small and prints are extremely delicate. However, if your purchase is heavily damaged in transit, we'd be happy to communicate with you and figure out a solution ♡ 

    Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and ecstatic about your collected fine art prints x originals. If there is any problem, please feel free to contact us at faithkujalaart@gmail.com so we can figure something out together.

  • Your collected fine art prints are produced and carefully packaged with loving care and delicacy in the artist’s studio by hand. It is because of this that we ask for 2-3 weeks delivery time as it takes time to do this as a small business, as well as to be certain that your collectors pieces are getting to you safely and securely.

    • These collectors items are lovingly packaged with secure wrapping and backing boards to reach you safe and sound.

    Originals

    • Originals are carefully and lovingly packed with bubble wrap and extra tissue paper in order to keep it secure during transit.

  • At this point we are only available to Canada and the United States. As our business grows, we will extend this to the rest of the world, we apologize if you reside outside these areas and are unable to become a collector yet, but it is a major goal in the near future! We invite you to join “The Community” Mailing list to be the first to know!

  • Open edition prints will not have Faith’s hand-signed signature. However, do not worry, the artwork will be printed with Faith’s signature on it, however hand-signed is not available to open-editions.

  • At the moment while I am balancing a full-time job and pursuing my passion, I want to focus on growth in my business and practice before I start taking on major commissions. If this is something I decide to change in the future, “The Community” email list will be the first to know:)

  • No, of course not! I don’t like spam email as much as the next person. It is one of our goals to provide quality and excellence with everything we do, and this includes the email list. If you have just joined, I want to personally say welcome! I will be sending out a newsletter every month that goes over studio updates, tips x tricks, as well as promotional offers, so under no circumstance will you be spammed with pointless emails ♡
